There will be practice as usual for all teams on 11/11/2014.

Swimmers need to arrive at Trousdell at 10:30am to prepare for the show.

The Serinas Team earned about $650!!!!! It was so busy and we had so many treasures to share!!!! Thank you to everyone who donated items and an extra special thanks goes out to Joanna and Matt Tamplin, Angie Gruber, Steve and Teresa Cook, Karen Rubin and Julie Orange for helping with set up, selling and tear down!!!!

Yard Sale!!
A chill is in the air… but not in the water!
The pool is being kept at a lovely 80 degrees! The swimmers should be pretty warm while they are in the pool….. Unfortunately, they may be very cold when they get out! Its advisable to pack extra towels and warm clothing to change into after practice!!
Synchrothon!
The synchrothon will take place at Trousdell Aquatic Center on Tuesday, November 25th from 5:30-7:30pm. There will be a potluck dinner for when the swimmers finish their laps! We will have a sign up genius for food and drinks when the date gets closer!
Some swimmers may have already received a donation envelope, if not, they will receive one at practice this week.
First year swimmers are asked to swim 50 laps.
Second year swimmers are asked to swim 100 laps.
Third year and up swimmers are asked to swim 150 laps.
Money raised by each swimmer will be split 50/50 between the swimmer and the Serinas team fund with a minimum of $50 to the team fund. For example, if a swimmer raises $80. $65 will go to the team fund and $15 will go to the swimmer’s travel account.
All competitive swimmers are required to participate.
Regarding donations: Someone could donate a flat $20, or they could donate 5 cents a lap. Its entirely up to the person making the donation! Any and all donations are welcome!
