Age Group Team Member, Lauren Cook proudly represented the Tallahassee Serinas at two different events associated with the 2014-2015 12 and Under National Team Trials! We are so proud of all of your accomplishments, Lauren Cook!

All coffee sales and money must be made by February 6, 2015. 

Coffee will be delivered to the pool on February 11, 2015.

Please have at least one parent per swimmer attend the parent meeting this evening at Trousdell Aquatic Center at 5:30pm. See you there!

Tonight will be a land practice only. The swimmers will be land drilling and stretching inside. Please dress accordingly.

If you have not paid for your performance suit, please place a check in the Serinas drop box as soon as possible

Checks should be written to the Tallahassee Serinas with your swimmers name and what the check is for (i.e. Novice Performance Suit) in the memo line.

Novice $38, not including headpiece or embellishments

Intermediate $101, not including headpiece or embellishments

Combo $121, not including headpiece or embellishments

Age Group $107, not including headpiece or embellishments
