The Tallahassee Serinas is a synchronized swimming club in Tallahassee, Florida. The Serinas compete in three different skill levels as early as age 5: Novice, Intermediate, and Junior Olympics. The competitive season runs from January to June, with conditioning practice year-round.

What to Bring to the Pool

• one-piece bathing suit
• swim cap
• goggles
• nose clip
• towel
• flip flops
• sun screen
• water bottle
• yoga mat for stretching
• a good attitude

Practice Schedule

• We practice at Trousdell Aquatics Center,
• Novice – Tuesdays and Thursdays 5:30-6:30
• Intermediate – Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays 5:00-6:30
• Junior Olympic – Mondays, Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays 5:00-6:30
