SPRING INVITATIONAL – SARASOTA, FLORIDA MARCH 21-22, 2015

ALL TEAMS:

1. This is an OUTDOOR pool! Please plan accordingly.
2. Please refer to your packing list for appropriate wardrobe for the swimmers and ensure that you have adequate knoxing/hair supplies.
3. Please bring all knoxing and hair supplies to the pool on your competition day(s).
4. Coaches will assist with knoxing ALL swimmers.
5. It is important to have ample bobby pins/hair pins!
6. Pack lots of towels and sunscreen! Swimmers may want to bring a practice/recreational swim suit to wear!
7. Parents – bring lounge chairs to sit in and if anyone has canopy tents they would like to bring, that would be excellent – we SHOULD be able to set those up on the pool deck to provide some shade for our parents and swimmers!
8. The coaches (Kelsey, Anna and Caitlin) will be staying at the Best Western Midtown in Sarasota, Fl.

NOVICE:

1. There is NO practice TONIGHT 03/18/2015.
2. There is practice TOMORROW 03/19/2015.
3. Please arrive at the competition pool in Sarasota by 7:45am with their hair in a high pony tail on Saturday, March 21,2015.

INTERMEDIATE:

1. Please refer to the UPDATED spring break practice schedule.
2. Please arrive at the competition pool in Sarasota by 8:00am on Sunday, March 22,2015.

COMBO:

1. Please refer to the UPDATED spring break practice schedule.
2. Please arrive at the competition pool in Sarasota by 10:45am on Saturday, March 21,2015.
3. Please arrive at the competition pool in Sarasota by 8:00am Sunday, March 22,2015.

AGE GROUP:

1. Please refer to the UPDATED spring break practice schedule.
2. Please arrive at the competition pool in Sarasota by 10:45am on Saturday, March 21,2015.
3. Please arrive at the competition pool in Sarasota by 8:00am Sunday, March 22,2015.

There will be NO practice on March 14, 2015. The rest of the spring break practices will be held as scheduled. 

Practice will be held as regularly scheduled.

Please come prepared for a water and/or dry land practice.
