Tonight will be a land practice only. The swimmers will be land drilling and stretching inside. Please dress accordingly.

If you have not paid for your performance suit, please place a check in the Serinas drop box as soon as possible

Checks should be written to the Tallahassee Serinas with your swimmers name and what the check is for (i.e. Novice Performance Suit) in the memo line.

Novice $38, not including headpiece or embellishments

Intermediate $101, not including headpiece or embellishments

Combo $121, not including headpiece or embellishments

Age Group $107, not including headpiece or embellishments

Please see the Google Calendar in regards to the Saturday practice schedule leading up to our first meet in February!!

It is absolutely crucial that all team members attend these practices.

Tips for swimmers to stay in Synchro shape during the holidays:

1. Stretch!

2. Land drill routines to music and/or counts!

3. Dry land activities – core work, strength training, running, biking!

4. Go swimming!
