This year we are conducting a poinsettia sale as our fall fundraiser.  The beautiful florist quality plants are 16-18 inches tall and come in 6 inch, foil covered pots.  Plants have 5 – 7 blooms in red, pink, or white.  You will be receiving the order forms at practice this week.  Each plant costs $10.

As this is replacing the synchrothon we’ve had in past years, there is a per swimmer minimum.  Proceeds from your first 15 plants sold will go towards team funds.  Additional plants sold will earn swimmers $3.50 per plant towards their travel account.  Families may also choose to donate a flat fee of $50, if they are not interested in selling poinsettias. If you sell less than 15 poinsettias, you will need to donate money to reach the $50 minimum towards team funds ($3.50 per plant.)

Funds earned for the team are used for things such as coaches’ meet expenses and educational opportunities, end of season trophies, and office supplies.
